You will also need to apply the sunscreen more frequently especially if you are out in the sun for more than two hours. Repair And Soothe The Damage

Sometimes even after taking precautions you end up being overexposed to the sun. This may cause sunburn or dark spots. Apply some cooling gel or cooling gel mask to repair the damage. You can also use some face masks with natural ingredients to get the glow back. Keep your skin moisturized to prevent it from peeling.
