Apply More Sunscreen
Sunscreens are an absolute must in the sunny season. Get a waterproof sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or above. It is imperative to apply enough amount of sunscreen on your face, neck, hands, and to any part of the body that is exposed to the sun. You will also need to apply the sunscreen more frequently especially if you are out in the sun for more than two hours. Try not to go out during midday till late afternoon when the sun is at the highest point.

Repair And Soothe The Damage
Sometimes even after taking precautions you end up being overexposed to the sun. This may cause sunburn or dark spots. Apply some cooling gel or cooling gel mask to repair the damage. You can also use some face masks with natural ingredients to get the glow back. Keep your skin moisturized to prevent it from peeling.
