When Should You Visit?

Temperatures are mild throughout year, with August being the warmest month and January and February being the coldest. November through April are high season months for ideal weather with temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to the mid-80s, as well as an escape from colder locations, and costs reflect the demand.

April and May are the driest months, with almost no rain, and in May and June, temperatures reach well into the 80s, making you want to be near a beach or pool to enjoy the sun. Late July, August, and September are the hottest months, with increased humidity, while August and September are the wettest, with two to three inches of rain on average. Hurricanes are possible during those months, but they are relatively rare. For avoiding crowds and high prices, a late summer visit could be worth considering.
