“Currently connecting the world through the largest painting ever created on canvas!”

Sacha Jafri is a contemporary British artist whose large-format paintings fluctuate between abstraction and representation. He has currently taken over the ballroom of a luxury hotel in Dubai to paint the largest painting ever created on canvas.
The work is roughly equivalent in size to two football fields. It is being painted at Atlantis The Palm hotel in Dubai, where Jafri has been based for over five months. Upon its completion, the painting will be split into 60 panels- each panel individually named, numbered, catalogued and framed.

Titled ‘The Journey Of Humanity’, the project aims at connecting 1billion people around the world. Thus, creating funds and support to ensure well-being for those in the poorest and most needy areas of the world. The project aims at raising $30 millions for a cause inspired by humanity.
Jafri says, “Each section is really starting to sing, which makes me so happy and excited for the progress of this collaboration. One World, One Soul, One Planet. “
“From the Darkness will come the Light, through the true understanding of Love, Empathy, Compassion, and the coexistence of All Humanity.” What are your thoughts on the painting?
