The Indian Michelin star chef, restaurateur, cookbook writer, filmmaker and humanitarian, Vikas Khanna is referred to as the humble chef in the culinary field. He has worked for the Taj Hotels, Oberoi group, Welcome group, and Leela Group of Hotels. He also worked with influential chefs around the world like Gordon Ramsay, Eric Ripert, Bobby Flay and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
