<p class="has-text-align-justify">When you think of birds, the first thing that comes to mind is the wish that if only you could fly like them. Well, I am sure you know not all birds fly but ever thought which ones are those? Don’t worry, here are the top 5 favourite birds that can&#8217;t fly but are way too adorable that you won&#8217;t even notice.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Emu</h2>



<p class="has-text-align-justify">The emu is native to Australia and the second tallest bird out there. They can sustain themselves without ration for a long period of time and they can run as fast as 48kmph. Emu is damaging to crops because they eat everything but in springtime, they only eat seeds or flowers. Emu has 3 toes with long legs and neck and is an attacker!</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ostrich</h2>



<p class="has-text-align-justify">A flightless bird with 8 hearts, Ostriches are native to Africa! They can run at the speed of 69kmph with their long legs. The same legs that make 10 to 15 feet long strides are great weapons too. Ostriches have sharp claws and mainly feed on vegetation (alongside occasion insect meals). They can survive without water for longer than you can expect.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Kiwi</h2>



<p class="has-text-align-justify">Kiwi, the native of New Zealand, is a small chicken-sized bird. They are small but ballsy and macho! Kiwis are little beauties but are one of the endangered species because they get killed by dogs or cats. They eat insects as well as seeds or leaves. Kiwis, unlike other birds, have a great sense of smell as well as great memory! ;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Cassowaries</h2>



<p class="has-text-align-justify">Cassowaries are native to the forests of New Guinea, Australia, Maluku Islands etc. They have dangerous claws and are good kickers. Cassowaries eat fruits, insects, plants, etc. totaling up to around 230+ species in their diet! They are solitary beings and love jumping.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Rhea</h2>



<p class="has-text-align-justify">Native to South America, Rhea is an omnivore and thus can eat a large variety of food. Rheas are aggressive with strong legs. They are mostly found in grasslands. They have huge wings but cannot fly because they do not possess breast bones (essential for flying). Male rhea is responsible for hatching eggs, taking care and maintaining households. ; ;</p>
