The Italian automobile giant recently announced that it will be launching its first pure EV in 2025, and hopes to go fully carbon neutral by the end of this decade. <p class="has-text-align-justify">While Ferrari gets ready to tread new waters, the manufacturer has confirmed it will be launching 15 cars between 2023 and 2026. The company expects 60% of its sales to be constituted by its pure and semi electric models by 2026, and 80% by 2030. </p>



<p>Ferrari is investing $4.6 billion in the development of these sustainable models. </p>

<p class="has-text-align-justify">While the automaker is one of the last in line to create pure electrified models, the Ferrari EV will be distinctive for the very fact that it will be developing its own proprietary electric motors, battery modules and inverters at its Italian Maranello plant. The non-crucial components like operating systems will be outsourced. </p>

<p class="has-text-align-justify">On the other hand, the Ferrari SUV Purosangue will get a sloping roof line and five spoke alloy wheels. From the outside, the beast looks rugged, and is expected to come with three engine options, although the complete details aren&#8217;t known yet. It is speculated that the car will be a crossover rather than a fully-blown SUV, like we have seen with Rolls Royce Cullinan. We can also safely assume that, like other models by the manufacturer, the dashboard and seats will offer phenomenal driver involvement for a true ride experience.</p>



<p>Ferrari is tight-lipped about the launch price of both the vehicles, but the price point of its SUV might be out soon.</p>
