<p>Step by Step ;</p>



<p>Step 1: Sit on your heels, on a yoga mat, with knees kept wide.</p>



<p>Step 2: Lean forward and place your hands on the floor with your fingers pointing towards your body.</p>



<p>Step 3: Fold the elbows and let your torso rest on the upper arms. The elbows must touch the sides of your navel.</p>



<p>Step 4: Rest your shoulders in a retracted position to avoid a shoulder injury.</p>



<p>Step 5: Now as you lean forward, stretch your legs behind and keep the lower body tight.</p>



<p>Step 6: Keep your body straight and stiff to maintain your balance in the pose.</p>



<p>Step 7: Hold the pose for 30 seconds. Now, slowly lower the body to the ground in a resting position.</p>
