<p>It&#8217;s been 84 years since&#8230; Yes, that isn&#8217;t quite, but whoa, whoa, the first Avatar — James Cameron&#8217;s sideshow, Dances With Wolves-esque postcolonial tale — remains the highest-grossing film of all time, generating $2.8 billion worldwide. ;</p>

<p>A sequel was optioned at the same time as the first, but Cameron chose to take his sweet time with Avatar 2, instead going for a two-year cycle with future sequels. While Sam Worthington&#8217;s star power may have waned in the interim, co-stars Kate Winslet and Sigourney Weaver will undoubtedly have been enough to entice moviegoers to return to Pandora. Taika Waititi&#8217;s deft creative touch drove Thor: Ragnorok to be one of the most innovative, distinctive Marvel pictures to date; it was everything but snack, with Chris Hemsworth at his frosty best as the iconic Asgardian. ;</p>

The shoot, directed by Ryan Coogler, was plagued by problems, delaying fundamental photography for months. ;</p>

Don&#8217;t Worry Darling has been characterized as a psychological thriller centered on an unhappy housewife in mid-century America, starring Florence Pugh and Harry Styles – a formidable pair if there ever was one. ;</p>

<p>Robert Pattinson is, without a doubt, Hollywood&#8217;s hottest property right now. Not only is he playing the Caped Crusader in Matt Reeves&#8217; dark, three-hour crime epic The Batman, but he&#8217;s also been cast in Oscar winner Bong Joon Ho&#8217;s long-awaited Parasite sequel. </p>

Take, for example, Willem Dafoe — who already stars in The Northman, the ultimate king — and soon-to-be Batman Robert Pattinson in The Lighthouse, in which the co-stars slide towards madness. ;</p>
