<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Bridge Pose</h2>



<p class="has-text-align-justify">Lie down on the floor and bend your knees, while keeping your heels close to your sits bones. As you exhale, press your arms and feet into the floor and lift up your pelvis a little while keeping your feet and thighs parallel. This pose stretches and stimulates the abdominals, bringing the organs into a better alignment. It also stimulates the thyroid, which is essential for digestion and metabolism.</p>

<p class="has-text-align-justify">Take a wide stance in such a way that your toes are out and heels in. Now, bend your knees deeply and sink the hips down to the height of your knees.
