<p class="has-text-align-justify">Whatever Japan does, it does with a bang. For instance, a Valentine’s day favorite is, of course, <strong>chocolate </strong>in its various shapes and colors. But the boring old chocolate hearts and bars just don’t have the same appeal anymore. So why not surprise your partner with a bowl of sweet/savory ramen, but with a chocolatey twist! Noodles are a blank canvas, and they have been experimented on with different flavors endlessly. Tokyo’s ramen chefs are using this to their advantage and incorporating cacao in their dishes for a little adventure!</p>



<p class="has-text-align-center">The Japan-based chain Kourakuen opened their restaurants to ramen lovers by offering a limited, Valentine’s special, chocolate-ramen bowl, with a soy sauce and cacao butter broth as well as a side of a whole chocolate bar!</p>

Kipposhi, a restaurant in Shibuya, offers this &#8216;Pink Valentine Ramen&#8217;, topped with the goodness of strawberry, whipped cream, and a pink chocolate bar.
