<p>There were just a select number of games that we had access to, as kids. Us Millennials, that is. Bounce, Snake and Mario were these games for me. And for a lot of us. And riding high on this nostalgia factor, is Japanese video games company Nintendo’s decision to revive Retro Mario Bro. Game.</p>

<p>In a decision that widely elicited nostalgia-filled cheers, Nintendo announced it would revive a limited edition of its first ever handheld devices. No, not the Game Boy, but the Game &; Watch, the black and white screen device which allowed you both to play games, and also doubled up as a clock (hence, Watch).</p>



<p>The modernised edition coincides with the 35th Anniversary of the launch of the Super Mario Bros. Well, no surprise then that the limited edition Game &; Watch will be completely Mario themes and christened, “Game &; Watch: Super Mario Bros.”</p>



<p>According to the statement <a href="https://gameandwatch.nintendo.com/">put out</a> by the company, these games will include ‘Super Mario Bros.’,’“Super Mario Bros. 2: The Lost Levels’ and a Mario-themed remake of ‘Ball</p>



<p>Remember that? Just stop it with the nostalgia overload already.</p>

<p>The new limited edition will have a full LCD display and can be charged using a USB-C port. No black and white displays and battery charging, thankfully. The device is said to be launched on November 13 and cost you $49.99 for a unit.</p>

<p>Riding on the Mario nostalgia, Nintendo had recently also announced the launch of some Mario themed games for its Nintendo Switch console. On top of the list is Mario Kart Live, the augmented reality offering that enables the gamers to make race circuits out of their homes. Bedrooms and living rooms, if you may. ;</p>



<p>Gamers will be able to customise their circuits as well their costumes for the two variants of Mario and Luigi. The game will be launched on October 16 this year and will cost you $99 in the US and ; £99 in the UK. Plus, Mario 3D World will be coming to Nintendo’s gaming console in February, next year.</p>



<p>Another to the list of a plethora of reasons to await 2021 then.</p>
