<p>Role playing games (aka RPG&#8217;s) are the games in which one portrays a character in a fictional world. The player is responsible for the roles that the character is supposed to do. The roles are to be done within a limited set of rules and guidelines. The name literally stands for itself. If you still have any doubt then I have only one word for you. JUMANJI!!! The movie jumanji is nothing but a role playing game. It has rules, it has adventures and a few limitations, just like a game.</p>



<p>Earlier, there used to be only text based role playing games but nowadays role playing games are changing the gaming world. All the best selling games in almost all the consoles are the RPG&#8217;s.(Yes, Fifa isn&#8217;t a role playing game.) I know the games are purely subjective concepts i.e there is a possibility your favourite game isn&#8217;t my favorite. However, I have tried to mention the names of the top 5 RPG&#8217;s of all times.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Witcher 3</h2>

<p>It is a 2015 hit action game with a destiny to be termed as classic.Developed and published by Polish developer CD Projekt Red ,based on The Witcher series of fantasy novels written by Andrzej Sapkowski, is the sequel to The Witcher 2: Assassin of the Kings.</p>

<p>It can&#8217;t be termed as a perfect role playing game but it has almost reached the level. One of the best selling games of all time, it is the master piece by Rockstar studios and is available from PS3 to PS5.</p>

<p>This game rocked the world in 2011 with the level of details and extremities this game provides. Be a Dragon killer or a magician you can do anything. The game was developed by Bethesda studios and was the successor of the Elders Scrolls IV: Oblivion.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild</h2>

<p>Set at the end of the Zelda timeline, Nintendo released this action-adventure in 2017 for Switch and Wii. Player controls Link,who has awakened from 100 year slumber to defeat Calamity Ganon and save the Kingdom of Hyrule.</p>

<p>Guerrilla studios surprised the whole world with this game. The game was released exclusively for PS4. Set in the post-apocalyptic world this game impresses you not only with its graphics, action but also with the spectacular storyline.</p>
