<p class="has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph">A rocky, barren and desert-like area of Saudi Arabia is all set to tell us what the future would look like. The Mirror Line Project, a model for linear urban living, is said to be the dream of the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, and might go on to become the world&#8217;s largest, grandest, most glorious structure till date. ;</p>

<p class="has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph">The Mirror Line comprises two parallel sky-scrapers that will reach a towering height of 1,600ft, and will go on for 75 miles in length. The length of the parallel structures will be covering enthralling terrains like rocky mountains, deserts and coastlines. The project is expected to cost $1 trillion or more, and the Crown Price would like it to be completed by 2030. But that&#8217;s pressurising, for a structure as large as this might take up to 50 years to build and then populate. ;</p>

<p class="has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph">Being constructed in Neom, a city hoping to be carbon-free for 170 kilometres line, the skycrapers in the mirror line project will be constructed from mirrored glass. The two buildings are expected to be connected via walkways in between. A high speed train will run under the buildings for commuting purposes, because Neom, as we said, is hoping to be carbon-free. For feeding the 5 million residents expected to be housed here, the authorities have planned on integrating vertical farming, the results of which will be autonomously harvested. These fruits and vegetables will go to community canteens and co-living kitchens. Mirror Line is expected to have hotels, a sports stadium, and a marina for yatchs. ;</p>

<p class="has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph">Even though MBS would like the project to be complete by 2030, it might prove incredibly challenging to get this done in such a short span of time. Mirror Line might be built in stages with 792-metres long structures, and this construction might last over decades. ;</p>
