As the world is caved by the sun, it’s high-time to get ready for summer ‘21. Swimsuits vary from taste and body to season. They can be a daunting experience if you don’t do your research, or simply don’t know which look to aim for. We saw a huge variety of trend-setters last year, and I sure have my favourites, but as we look forward to grooming, growing and gathering swimwears, here are my favourite trends of this year.

This year, be ready to elevate your style by adding a little extra bit of pattern. Animal prints have been on the search engine since the start of 2021, and it only makes sense if we add them to our shopping bag! These come in many shades and prints, the most popular ones being cow print, leopard print and tiger print, and look gorgeous on swimsuits!

Pastel swimwear
Did someone say soft, light and comfort colors? Pastel shades bring out the best of your sun-kissed skin with a body-hugging material. These are cosy to wear, and you can add minimalist accessories to transform the look! We recommend rings, loose bracelets, hoop earrings or a single ear cuff.

High-waisted bottoms
High-waisted bottoms are redefining fashion, from jeans to skirts. This bikini-piece hugs your curves and lets your creativity shine as you style the high waisted bottom piece. Best part? The bottom piece goes with anything! They handle the tummy pretty well, and are usually made of polyester, which is travel friendly and wrinkle-resistant.

Deep V cuts are popular in daily fashion and styling, ranging from majestic gowns to crop-tops. Style your swimwear with a necklace, or add a jewelry piece where you have the cutout.

Boring, matching swimsuits can be spiced up awry pieces. Whether it be one-shoulder top or hollowed out one-piece, you can never go wrong with them. These are perfect for a hot-girl summer, and better if you want to show-off your tatted bod!

A small gap in the middle of a one piece swimsuit or at the end of the bandeaukini makes your look more classy. I recommend a high-neck one piece with a medium cut from neck to the breastbone, or even a knot bridging the gap. Plain colours work best with this style, call it bright red or black!
