In these unprecedented times of Covid-19, you already own so many face masks. Do not wait for the pollution levels to get worse, use a face mask (like you already do). The stronger the immune system, the better is the protection against pollution. Add foods to your diet that boost immunity like foods rich in vitamin C, magnesium or omega-3 fatty acids. Some immunity-boosting items include- lemons, orange, grapefruit, kiwi, yogurt, spinach, turmeric, garlic,  almonds and ginger.
