The base game includes 2 free aircrafts: a Sukhoi Su-25T “Frogfoot” and the North American TF-51D “Mustang”, a mission editor, a full network play, a wide variety of 156 AI weapons systems, 105 ground vehicles and trains, 50 air defense systems 19 ships and 84 AI aircrafts.

DCS World has a number of maps available from Eagle Dynamics and third parties. The maps include Syria Map by Ugra Media, South Atlantic Map by RAZBAM, Persian Gulf Map, Normandy 1944 Map and Nevada Test and Training Range Map.

The minimal system Requirements are OS: Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 (64-bit); CPU: Intel Core i3 at 2.8 GHz or AMD FX; 8 GB RAM (16 GB for heavy missions); HDD: 60 GB available space; Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 / AMD R9 280X or better and finally DirectX Version 11.

Digital Combat Simulator World 2.7 is free to play for 14 days. You can try out each of their products for 14 days per product during a six month period. Now, you can try any module for a total of 14 days. If you’re still unsure about purchasing it, you’ll get another 14 days period after six months, and so forth.
