Any build includes components such as attributes, cyberware, skills and perks, armor, mods, weapons, and lifepath which all play an important role in defining your character build. Read on to get familiar with some thrilling Cyberpunk 2077 builds you will love!
The Ninja Assassin

Ninja Assassin is one of the most sought after Cyberpunk 2077 builds. It is a deadly predator ready to dominate the districts of Night City and beyond. This is a highly versatile and fun build, as the character focuses on a combination of agility and stealth.
Primary Attributes
Reflexes and Cool, the two key stats of this build should be focused on the attributes. The most important Blades Skill Tree under the Reflexes Attributes boosts your prowess with handheld swords and the Ninjutsu Skill Tree within the Cool Stat adds greater mobility and deadly sneak attacks to the build.
Weapons & Armor
The weaponry that builds focuses mostly on mastering the art of the Katana, but there are other bladed weapons such as Mantis Blades or Knives.
Cyberware
The centerpiece cyberware option of the build is Sandevistan which has multiple forms and rarities available from different manufacturers.
Life Path
The build works best with a Corpo Life Path character, even though the choice is up to you.
The Street Brawler

An in-your-face Melee build for the ages is the balls-to-the-wall fighter, Street Brawler.
Primary Attributes
You will have to focus on the Body Stat for attributes like passively increasing maximum health, stamina, or other physical characteristics.
Weapons & Armor
This build focuses mainly on Melee weapons with some options for hand-to-hand combat as well. Your focus on the starting level will be to find the biggest, heaviest two-handed melee weapon which later on shifts to the Iconic Gold-Plated Baseball Bat. Specific items with increased movement speed as well as bonus Crit Chance or Crit Damage are the armor mods to look out for.
Cyberware
This Melee build will get some serious damage as it relies on Brute Force, so you have to boost your Maximum Health as high as possible using Synaptic Signal Optimizer Cyberware.
Life Path
Choosing Street kid as the Life Path will make the most sense from a thematic point of view.
The Tech Sniper

The Tech Sniper is a very handy build in any type of fight and focuses on impacting the target before they even know it by firing-off massive tech weapon damage.
Primary Attributes
The Reflexes Attribute which is the primary stat for this build gives access to the Assault Skill Tree and its accompanying perks such as the Punisher Perk which removes weapon sway for 10 seconds after killing an enemy. The Crafting Skill Tree linked to the Technical Ability Stat allows you to upgrade your weapons.
Weapons & Armor
This build has multiple – an entire class of ultra-powerful – tech weapons, which includes the Tech Sniper Rifle and Tech Precision Rifle. There is also a separate class of Smart Weapons that automatically seek and target enemies on the battlefield for us using missile-guided technology.
Cyberware
The build is capable of damaging the targets even more brutally, using the ocular implant known as the Kuroshio Optics scanner which comes with powerful mods that can be slotted.
Life Path
Though the build lets you choose the Life Path, the Nomad Life Path would be the best. You will get plenty of time to refine the shot because of the outdoor lifestyle and time spent out on the badlands.
The Netrunner Ghost

The Netrunner Ghosts are the elite hackers of Night City who are able to bid, often with deadly effect, by bending the will of surrounding technologies. The build lets you destroy enemies without firing a single shot.
Primary Attributes
Intelligence and Cool are the Primary Attributes of this build. Intelligence Attribute lets you unlock two hacking-focused Skill Trees: Breach Protocol for interacting with the world around you and Quick Hacking for hacking your enemies from afar. The Cool Attribute is the Ninjutsu Skill that the Netrunner can use to avoid combat altogether.
Weapons & Armor
Long-range weapons, such as pistols and even Sniper Rifles, that can be silenced while also packing a punch help maintain enough range from enemies while focusing on mobility and stealth for this build.
Cyberware and Quickhacks
You have to focus heavily on Cyberdecks to run Quickhack, up to 6 at a time. These include Short Circuit to fry your enemies’ own tech, or Ping to review the area and even see through walls.
Life Path
Although you can choose any Life Path, Corpo and Street Kid make more sense for this particular build. While Corpos gives access to the best corporate gear and software, Street Kids can give an innate sense of using Technology.
The Gun-Fu Expert

The Gun-Fu Expert focuses on pistols with some added Melee or martial arts combat for flavor.
Primary Attributes
Reflexes are a primary attribute you can invest in heavily when starting out to focus on aimed shots to specific body parts for extra damage and huge Critical Damage spikes.
Weapons & Armor
Handguns are, of course, the main weapon of this build. Pistols are used for their slightly faster rate of fire while revolvers can pack a huge punch. The handgun with the highest single shot damage score like the Iconic Pistol Dying Night which can be obtained near V’s Apartment will be a great early option. Katanas can be a nice backup option to use when a few enemies get too close.
Cyberware
Cyberware pieces including Krenzikov and Sandevistan can make you a better gunslinger. Krenzikov, which is an implant for your nervous system, activates a slow-motion effect as soon as you have successfully dodged while aiming. Sandevistan is an operating system that can turn on a slow motion for a short period of time.
Life Path
The Nomad Lifepath would make the most sense for this build, as it has the best backstory for a gunslinger-style character due to our starting location in the Badlands.
The Engineer

The Engineer is the build that focuses on shot-gun toting, grenade chucking, and tech-weapon specialist.
Primary Attributes
Technical Ability Stat is the most significant Attribute of the build for both the Crafting and Engineering Skill Trees. The Body Attribute is the other attribute for Annihilation skill Tree, powering shotguns to preemptively trigger explosions and grenades when your enemy least expects it.
Weapons & Armor
Tech Weapons are the best weapon for this build, with the Tech Shotgun capable of punching through walls very effectively.
Life Path
You can choose Cyberpunk 2077 Life Path for this build, but Nomad would be a go-to for working on cars.
