This probably doesn’t need to be said, but life in space is drastically different from how we live on Earth. I mean, the one thing that keeps us grounded (pun intended), gravity, is not present outside earth, and along with the absence of the atmosphere, you have to find hacks to make the best of your surroundings.
You obviously can’t overuse the scarce resources that you brought from Earth, and I don’t think you’d want to completely let go of a routine of hygiene, eating, and recreation either, would you? Sure there are scientific products designed especially for outer space, but without a clever human to use them, they can go to waste. Well, we’ve got just the thing for you to carry your daily activities out there in case you end up on the International Space Station unprepared!

Obviously, it’s not all fun and games. They are away from family and from their own planet, and a sense of uncertainty and danger is bound to haunt them. But to be able to smile and make the most of life in their situation is what makes these astronauts inspiring!
