We can never thank Studio Ghibli enough for giving us some of the most memorable movies. From the stories to characters, this studio has produced some top-class work that will never fade away. After all, who doesn’t fantasise about visiting the locations in Spirited Away? And we all know how badly we all want to be with Howl in his flying castle surrounded by some of the most mesmerising flowers in a calm valley. Oh, and not to forget the cute Kiki that made us all wish to be a witch! Okay, you see, we can go on and on about this, so it’s better to come back to our original topic. Studio Ghibli is surely one of the best out there. And we know you are going to shed some happy tears once we tell you that Studio Ghibli has decided to open an online store where you can buy your favourite memorabilia! *happy crying sounds*
For real? Where is the store?
Of course, for real. Why would we pull such a cruel prank? Anyways, the studio has opened an online store in Japan. The Ghibli Museum’s Mamma Aiuto gift store is all set to make its customers happy in Japan. However, as you might have already noticed, the studio only ships their stuff in Japan as of now. But that doesn’t mean that there are no plans to expand the service. You will just have to be patient enough to wait for them to start the service in your country as well. But let’s just celebrate the start for now!
What can I expect from the store?
A lot. And if you are a die-hard fan of their movies, then this store is going to be your personal heaven as far as shopping for merchandise is concerned. The store has everything. From tableware to stationery, paper goods, apparel, puzzles, soft toys, and whatnot. Oh, and be ready for some yummy Studio Ghibli cookies too. We really don’t need to tell you anything about how adorable the stuff here is! After all, it’s Studio Ghibli we are talking about.
