Jessica Long’s Story, by Toyota

A heartwarming tribute to Paralympian Jessica Long, Toyota’s commercial tells the story of the 13-time gold medalist swimmer. A tale of courage, hope, strength and resilience – the video showcases the love between Jessica and her mother.
In the film, Long swims through the key moments of her life. Climax is reached with the sentence, “It won’t be easy, but it will be amazing”. Toyota stepped out of the box with this ad, and narrated a powerful message for life.
Fumble, by Apple
Relax, it’s iPhone.
Like most of the commercials by Apple, it’s ‘Fumble’ stands class apart. In the background is Indian classical music, on the screen is a woman who’s about to drop her phone. For moments after moments, she tries to catch it somehow. Scared. Until it ultimately falls on the ground. With a bang, Apple displays the Ceramic shield feature that has saved her iPhone 12. The last now picks up her phone, and walks away.
The ad has 1.4 million views on YouTube. Apple’s witty advertising strategy gives this commercial a sure spot on our list b
Wow Wow No Cow, by Oatly

Oatly’s ad has had mixed reviews, but it was indubitably captivating. The company’s CEO dings a jingle in the cute commercial, and calls Oatly the milk made for humans.
Many have found the commercial offensive. The final line, Wow Wow No Cow, has been the final nail in this coffin. Nonetheless, the deliberately low-effort ad has found lovers as well, for which it deserves a place in our list.
Drake from State Farm, by State Farm

Jake from State Farm has long been a Super Bowl favorite. State Farm has mixed and renewed the ad every now and then.
The ad features, as the title must have given away, Drake. Clearly, the double of Jake from State Farm is Drake from State Farm. It also stars Paul Rudd, Aaron Rodgers, and Patrick Mahomes.
Certain is Better, by Rocket Mortgage

Pretty sure isn’t sure enough when you need to be certain.
The ad is a lighthearted, cautionary narrative by a man supposedly a Rocket Mortgage employee. Through the duration of the ad, he shows how sure ‘pretty sure’ is. The Mortgage company ties itself to confidence, to certainty. This year, Rocket Mortgage followed the Superbowl concept.
Winning, by Allstate

You’re always a winner with Allstate.
The ad takes place on a racetrack where a driver rushes with her car as the race begins, but a man drives slower. Turns out, he has Allstate and is rewarded for driving safely. The uncommon approach to marketing by Allstate has won our hearts and smiles.
Delivery Dance, by Grubhub

Don’t let the iSpot.tv feels fool you. The ad might have been taken negatively, but it’s still engaging in its own way. The visuals are vibrant with quite a bit of catchy dance moves and a song that gets stuck in your head. The attention grabber has seen diverse reactions: while some viewers cannot even look at it, some call it a masterpiece.
