If you are lactose intolerant, Vegan or someone who is looking to mix things up a bit, Vegetable milks are a healthy alternative. There are various types of vegetable milk which of course differ in flavour, consistency, and colour. A lot of people fancy vegetable milk because it consists of fewer calories and it does not have any saturated fat. It has highly rich induced protein and vitamins. Although vegetable milk is pragmatic for allergic and intolerable items, it can also trigger allergic reactions. Soy, along with nuts like almonds, can trigger such allergic reactions so one has to be prudent while choosing vegetable milk.
