7 Animals You Should Never Go Near

There are various wild animals out there that we should actively avoid going near, but I doubt you have heard about these before and making the mistake of going near them can be fatal. Read up to find out why.

The Sydney Funnel Spider

It is one of the world’s deadliest spider species and its origin is from Australia. It is an extremely venomous species. One bite from the Sydney Funnel Spider can cause serious illnesses and even death. The bite causes failure in the respiratory system due to atracotoxin venom. Next time you see one, run in the opposite direction!

Mozambique Spitting Cobra

This cobra is native of Africa and highly venomous in nature. It can blind you as it is capable of spitting as far as 6 feets into your eyes. It causes irritation and burning sensation and if you lack luck, blindness.  Its venom is highly dangerous as it is also flesh eating and you might lose the part it bites.

Cassowary Bird

Cassowary bird, which is found in Queensland, Australia, has nearly 12 cm long claws that can gauge your eyes out! This is one lethal creature and so are the injuries it will cause to you if you come in contact. It  can damage internal organs in a swoop with those claws.

Plotosus Canius

The animals in this category are starting to scare me now!

Plotosus Canius is a species of catfishes and is found in eastern India. One sting from this one can cause extreme pain and inflammation. It can also lead to decay of the infected body part. It can cause neuro-muscular blockade alongside heart attacks.

Blue-ringed octopus

It’s tiny but fierce and deadly. Found in tide pools and coral reefs in the oceans (Pacific and Indian), from Japan to Australia. It releases a toxin known as tetrodotoxin which is fatal and can kill in one go. There is no cure for the bite but one potential way to save someone from this creature is to provide artificial respiration to the victim.

Hippopotamus

All hippopotamus are dangerous and aggressive creatures and have searing teeth. They are heavy creatures ( around 2750 kg) and can crush anything and anyone very easily. They have been responsible for many deaths especially in Africa so beware!

Stonefish

Stonefishes, found in Australia, are yet again extremely venomous and deadly. Their venom can kill you within one hour. It is also very painful and dangerous. It can affect your heart as well. By the way, people eat this fish too ( after taking proper measures of course). In any case, if you ever step on one, rush to the doctor’s immediately!
