The chef has a knack for making food beautiful, and he specialises in the world- favourite tricolour sushi. Three hues are prominent in most of his sushi art: orangish fish, pearl white rice, and the beautiful rich green seaweed.
The Milan based chef’s girlfriend works in fashion, which is exactly what inspired him to play with his sushi in a Gucci manner. And Nike manner. And in every fashion lover’s dreamy manner! But that’s not all.
