Even if you haven’t realised it yet, you do have a night time routine. It may not be super-ritualistic or divided into perfect “habit” boxes, but the bedtime routine you follow is in the things you do every night.

    1. Sometimes 11 at night, sometimes 2
    2. Usually early, before 11. Or by 11, if we're really stretching it.
    3. Sleep is for the weak. I'm a night owl, the night is my territory.

    1. Maybe during summer. But not always.
    2. I like that sometimes, especially when I'm extra sweaty.
    3. Definitely on my list every night. It calms me down and helps me zleep.
  3. 3 Do you like to have a midnight snack?

    1. I'm asleep by midnight, lol.
    2. When I'm hungry, yes. But not always.
    3. No food tastes better than the food at midnight. Mark my words
  4. 4 What do you drink before bed?

    1. Water, duh.
    2. A nice, warm cup of tea or milk.
    3. Beer, or a glass of wine.
  5. 5 Be honest now. Do you brush your teeth before bed?

    1. Lollll, Nope. Nopedy. Nahi. Nada. No.
    2. Yes, I swear. In the name of Lord, I swear.
    3. Yes. But I skip it sometimes. Do you know the comfort of bed? It's not as easy to get up to brush your teeth every single night.
  6. 6 Do you spend time at night bring scared of ghosts?

    1. YES OMG YES. SOMSBODY HELP ME.
    2. Only when I've watched a horror movie.
    3. No lmao do I look like a kid to you?
  7. 7 What's the last thing you do before you shut your eyes?

    1. I pray or meditate or read
    2. I chat with a friend or watch TV
    3. I have no idea, I don't pay that much attention.
